Delivery

All orders are shipped put with FREE 48hr tracked delivery. To avoid waste, your order will be custom printed and you can expect it to dispatch in 3-5 working days. If you place your order outside of office hours (9-5, Mon-Fri), then we will not process your order until the next working day.

Missed delivery

In the event that no one is available at your address at the time of delivery, a note may be left to advise you that you missed the post worker. It is your responsibility to collect the undelivered item.

Missing orders

If you have not received your product(s) within the specified timescales, please contact us using the form below with your order number so we can advise further.

Damaged orders

If any of your products are damaged when you receive your order, please contact us so we can advise further. Please do not wear a damaged item, if you do then we may not be able to give you a refund.

Returns

UK Returns

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, if you wish to cancel your order we will offer a refund as long as you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 days. Once we receive your product return(s), and providing they are in the original condition which they were shipped out in, we will refund you within 14 days. Non-UK Returns
